DWC Opens Registration for 34th Annual Educational Conference
The California Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) is pleased to announce that registration for its 34th Annual Educational Conference is now open. The in-person conference will be held March 4-5, 2027, at the Oakland Marriott City Center Hotel and March 18-19, 2027, at the Los Angeles Airport Marriott.
As California’s largest workers’ compensation training event, the annual conference provides claims administrators, medical providers, attorneys, employers, human resources professionals and other stakeholders with valuable insights into the latest developments and issues affecting the workers’ compensation system. Attendees will have opportunities to network with colleagues and hear from both government and private sector experts on a wide range of current workers’ compensation topics. A new promotional video is available with more details.
DWC has applied for continuing education credits from attorney, case manager, disability management, human resource and qualified medical examiner certifying organizations, among others.
Organizations interested in sponsoring the DWC conference can find sponsorship information on the International Workers' Compensation Foundation website.
Attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors can register through the DWC Educational Conference Webpage.
The California Department of Industrial Relations' Division of Workers’ Compensation monitors the administration of workers’ compensation claims and provides administrative and judicial services to help resolve disputes related to claims for workers’ compensation benefits.
