DWC Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee meeting scheduled for October 21, 2026

The Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T) Committee will meet on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Committee members will participate remotely through a virtual meeting platform. Members of the public may access the meeting remotely or at a public viewing location in Oakland.

The meeting is open to the public and may be accessed remotely or in-person.

The P&T Committee was established pursuant to Labor Code section 5307.29 to advise the DWC Administrative Director on updates to the Medical Treatment Utilization Schedule (MTUS) Drug Formulary.

The California Department of Industrial Relations' Division of Workers’ Compensation monitors the administration of workers’ compensation claims and provides administrative and judicial services to help resolve disputes related to claims for workers’ compensation benefits.
