DWC announces release of Requests for Proposal to modernize EAMS

The Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) today announced its release of two Requests for Proposal (RFP) to modernize DWC’s Electronic Adjudication Management System (EAMS).

The EAMS Modernization Project will improve operations of the current system, which debuted in 2008.

One RFP is for a systems integrator for the DWC Courts system. The second RFP is for the DWC Claims system.

The Courts RFP may be found here. The deadline for submissions is 2 p.m. on February 24.

The Claims RFP may be found here. The deadline for submissions is 12 p.m. on March 6.

DWC encourages all interested bidders to review the RFPs and follow the instructions provided when submitting bids.
