DWC Hosts Zoom Question and Answer Meetings on April 13 and April 20 Regarding Medical-Legal Fee Schedule Regulations

The Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) will host Zoom meetings on April 13 and April 20 to answer questions about the implementation of the Medical-Legal Fee Schedule Regulations, which became effective April 1. Because DWC is in the implementation phase of these regulations and to ensure sufficient time to respond to questions, questions or comments related to the reasons for or utility of the new fee schedule will not be addressed.

The meetings will be hosted by DWC Administrative Director George Parisotto, DWC staff and Dr. Steven Feinberg (AME/QME). They will answer questions about the implementation of the Medical-Legal Fee Schedule, title 8 California Code of Regulations §§ 9793-9795. DWC has posted on its website the final text of the new MLFS.
