WCIS System and SFTP Server Upgrade

The WCIS will undergo an internal system and SFTP server upgrade from October 10, 2024 to October 27, 2024.

  • The current FROI/SROI and Medical SFTP server will shut down on October 10, 2024 at 12:00 pm PDT and will not be available for data transmission.
  • Acknowledgment files for production data files received prior to the server shut down can be retrieved from the new WCIS SFTP server on October 14, 2024.
  • Production data files may be sent to the new WCIS SFTP server beginning October 14, 2024. However, the acknowledgements for these files will not be available until the new internal system goes live on October 28, 2024.
  • Starting October 28, 2024, the new WCIS SFTP server and WCIS system will be ready to receive and process production data files on a daily basis.
The new WCIS SFTP server will have the same hostname and SFTP user accounts but the SFTP passwords will be reset. Trading partners will be contacted by their WCIS contact person in the coming weeks to test the connection.
