The Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC), the Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) and the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE) programs are funded by assessing and surcharging employers. The investigation and prosecution of workers' compensation fraud and the willful failure to secure payment of workers' compensation are also funded by an assessment on employers.
