- * May include duplicate employers (ie. 2 employees call in similar complaints for the same employer) and unprocessed complaints and referrals.
- * A referral to the Division of Occupational Safety and Health is distinguished from a complaint to the Division solely by the source providing the information about the potentially hazardous workplace condition. Complaints made by governmental agencies and non-governmental organizational entity, like print or electronic news organizations, shall be categorized as referrals.
