The Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) is proposing emergency regulatory action to amend Title 8 of the California Code of Regulations, Sections 344, 344.1, and 344.2, regarding Shop, Field and Resale Inspection Program Fees, Air Tank, Liquefied Petroleum Gas Tank, and Boiler Permit Inspection Program Fees, and Permit to Operate Program Fees.

Pursuant to Labor Code section 7721, these fee adjustments are deemed an emergency and are being promulgated to ensure full cost recovery for the Pressure Vessel Unit. These regulations become effective immediately upon filing with the Secretary of State.
