- Is the payment sent via check or ACH deposit

- In addition to printing needs, can we request translation of [existing] documents into languages we need for outreach?
DIR encourages grantees to allocate funds for translation services in their organizational budget. Check CORD for available translated materials.
- When should everyone on our distribution contact list start receiving emails?
DIR plans to send information within the next two weeks. If there are individuals in your organization not receiving emails, please contact us at CWOP@dir.ca.gov to be added to the CWOP DIR distribution list.
- For those of us that have CORD access already, when will we see the platform that is dedicated to CWOP within the CORD Platform?
The reporting structure is being finalized and should be ready to be viewed in the next few weeks.
- Should each of our staff have separate CORD accounts?
Organizations can have multiple CORD accounts. We recommend that those responsible for reporting have their own accounts.
- Contract finalization is expected by June 30, 2025. When can we begin documenting expenses for CWOP?
As soon as there is a fully executed agreement.
- Are grantees able to capture any of their deliverables or costs incurred retroactively once our agreement is active?
No, you must have a fully executed contract.
- Will only work completed after the contract is executed be counted, or can work done prior to that also be reported?
No, only after the contract is executed.
- Can we adjust the proposal we submitted – can we add TA to get more funding?
No.
- Hello, I believe I saw on one of the slides that the agreement will be set up for 24-months. Could you confirm if the amount awarded for 5.0 will be the same amount for 6.0?
Yes, you will be doubling the amount of 5.0 for 6.0.
- Is the 25% advancement confirmed? When will it happen?
DIR to check – right now we are working on the templates but will bring this up at the next meeting.
- If grantees didn't get the full amount, can they make changes to the activities category.
You should adjust within that same selected category
- When contracts do come up, will the contract state our expected deliverables?
Yes. The deliverables will be proportional to the grant award amount.
- Who will be the regional lead and UC lead for statewide partners?
Statewide Grantees will participate in the Reginal Coalitions meetings for the regions they selected.
Statewide Grantees who have questions can reach out to the Regional Lead that in the Region the grantees headquarters are based at.
