  1. Who will be the regional lead and UC lead for statewide partners?

    Statewide Grantees will participate in the Reginal Coalitions meetings for the regions they selected. Statewide Grantees who have questions can reach out to the Regional Lead that in the Region the grantees headquarters are based at.

  2. Were the MOUs sent out already?

    No, not yet. Look out for an email with further information

  3. What if we already have CORD and was in the last round of CWOP?

    That's great! Just let us know that you have one. Also, inform us if anyone else on your team needs an account.

  4. Who should have the cord account? Just managers or also staff?

    All staff working on CWOP. Recordings and trainings will be posted on CORD.

  5. Can our team use a shared email so that we can share the same cord account or should each person entering cord have their own account?

    We recommend that each person have their own account.

  6. If we want to do social media, etc. collateral and adjust to our own brand and DIR's, is that something we would have to work on together?

    All collateral must be submitted for review; DIR will provide support. We have successfully turned around flyers in one day. DIR also has a communications steering committee dedicated to collaboratively creating collateral.

  7. Does today's orientation need to be reported on CORD even though we do not have an MOU yet?

    No

  8. How does the 25% advance work?

    Grantees will receive the 25% as soon as the contract is executed.

  9. Will the billing be quarterly or monthly

    Quarterly.
