Due to ongoing developments to the system, the electronic Certified Payroll Reporting (eCPR) online application will be offline from 8:00 p.m. Pacific Time on Friday, February 16, to 1:00 a.m. Pacific Time on Saturday, February 17. If the system is unavailable when visiting the website, please try again later.

Contractors and subcontractors on most public works projects are required to submit certified payroll records (CPRs) to the Labor Commissioner using DIR's electronic certified payroll reporting system.

A few categories of public works projects are exempt from reporting online to DIR.
