Audit Rules and Guides
OSIP audits are conducted in accordance and under the guidance of the California Labor Code, and applicable regulations. Attached in both .word and .pdf formats are a listing of a majority of the applicable statutes and regulations that prescribe and guide the audit process. The specific language of individual statutes and regulations can be found on the OSIP website under the Regulations tab.
