Time and Place of Public Hearing
A public hearing has been scheduled to permit all interested persons the opportunity to provide oral or written statements or arguments relevant to the proposed rulemaking. The public hearing will be held at the following time and place:

Public comment will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. and will conclude when the last speaker has finished his or her presentation. Testimony will be limited to 10 minutes per speaker and should be specific to the proposed regulations. If public comment concludes before the Noon recess, no afternoon session will be held.
Written Comments
The Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board prefers written comments to oral testimony and prefers that written comments be submitted by e-mail. If written comments are timely submitted, it is not necessary to present oral testimony at the public hearing. To be timely, the written comments must be received by the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board no later than 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 17, 2014, at which time the written comment period closes.
