Workplace Violent Incidents at Hospitals Cal/OSHA Annual Reports Based on Information Submitted by Hospitals

Cal/OSHA is required to post a report on its website each year containing information on violent incidents at hospitals, based on reports submitted by the hospitals. Cal/OSHA's report must include which hospitals submitted reports, the total number of incidents reported, the outcome of any related inspection or investigation, citations levied against a hospital based on a violent incident, and recommendations for the prevention of violent incidents in hospitals.
