Updating of registration information is part of an ongoing process for DLSE's Licensing and Registration Unit. Due to processing time, a registration displayed as expired may be in the process of renewal.

New applications should be completed and submitted with the registration fee(s) no less than 90-days prior to the date you intend to commence engaging in the business as a garment manufacturer/contractor.

Renewal applications should be completed and submitted with the registration fee(s) no less than 90-days prior to expiration of the current registration.

The 90-day time frame is a guideline only, and no person will be permitted to register or renew their registration until all of the requirements/conditions for a new or renewal registration are completely satisfied.
