Article 113. Explosives and Pyrotechnics
§5247. Miscellaneous Provisions.
(a) No person shall store, handle, or transport explosive materials except under
a valid permit issued by the applicable Federal, State or Local Agency.
(b) No employee shall be permitted to handle or use explosive materials while
under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or other drugs that cause drowsiness
or other side effects which could cause the employee to perform duties/functions
in an unsafe manner.
